Our client, a global technology company, providing cutting edge SAAS solutions enabling their clients to use a set of customer management tools in order to improve customer engagement and loyalty, is looking for a talented Customer Success Specialist.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll proactively help clients to grow their businesses. Specifically, you’ll first help them set up the customer engagement solution, and then guide them as they use their solution to optimize customer engagement and loyalty.

Additionally, you will support the efforts to create long-term relationships with the company’s partners, both by training them and by handling their technical and operational questions. You will teach them how to operate the platform, as well as how to understand hospitality and retail chains’ needs relating to customer engagement.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in support and/or success services at B2B companies.
• Experience working at POS companies or other vendors for retail and/or hospitality businesses (advantage)
• Ability to learn new tech solutions and troubleshoot unexpected technical problems
• Comfort working with technology—not afraid of technical issues
• Experience producing materials using platforms such as PowerPoint, WordPress, etc. (advantage)
• Good service and communication orientation
• Strong understanding of retail business marketing (advantage)
