Director of Field Marketing
Our client is a fast growing global company in the information security field with more than 800 enterprise customers globally. They develop and provide SW/SAAS products enabling the automation of complex network security management and policies resulting in improving overall security while reducing costs.
They are looking for a talented Director of Field Marketing who will be responsible for the global planning and execution of all marketing campaigns, designed to grow business opportunities by generating "top-of-funnel" leads for the sales force. The ideal candidate will possess a healthy mix of 'roll-up your sleeves" execution, humble leadership, analytical brilliance and all-around marketing mastery.
•Formulate a global marketing campaigns plan, complete with budget and objectives, utilizing multiple tactics such as tradeshows, seminars, telemarketing, email marketing, online advertising and direct marketing,.
•Personally execute the marketing plan in North America and Latin America, and oversee execution in EMEA and APAC (managing 1 other team member)
•Continuously analyze and report on the plan, making the necessary adjustments to ensure marketing investments deliver expected results and meet the company's business objectives
•Establish channel marketing processes and best practices and create joint marketing activities to promote company products within the channel and to end-customers
5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience. At least 2+ years in a managerial role.
·Proven track record of formulating, executing, and measuring successful marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline disciplines.
·Proven track record of creating processes that enable an organization to scale global field presence.
·Great attention to detail and a record of delivering work of the highest standards
·Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
·Experience working with CRM systems in accordance with the company's lead management processes. Knowledge of marketing automation systems is a big plus.
·Team-player, with an ability to harness and align multiple, disparate teams
·Good writing and communications skills
·Self-motivated with experience working out of a home office away from headquarters over time zone differences.
·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field
