Our client is a unique, fast growing SAAS company and a global leader in its field, offering a distinctive pricing, revenue and management intelligence platform for e-commerce companies. They are currently searching for a Technical Account Manager to be responsible for successfully onboarding enterprise eCommerce retailers to the company’s SAAS solution. The TAM will be experts in the company’s solutions and customer’s eCommerce needs and will identify customer trends, using this knowledge to create and deliver best solutions to the company’s clients.

The ideal candidate is a proactive dynamic leader with experience working in a SAAS company, ensuring customers business goals are successfully met by establishing optimal use of the company’s products and capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role, as this progressive and innovative company expands its operations

Location: NYC & Seattle (multiple positions)

Position Requirements:
• Experience managing client relations within top tier company accounts (sales background, professional services or similar an advantage)
• Patient and an acute listener
• Avid interest in online businesses and their unique operations
• Independent thinker and executor
• Ability to understand customer requirements, and tailor fit product capabilities and business relations accordingly
• Comfortable with conducting majority of business via phone and email
• Experience with eCommerce and online marketplaces - an advantage

Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experience
• 4+ years’ experience in technical account management, professional services or success positions (Preferably in SaaS)
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of SQL (a major advantage)
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Building Customer/Partner Relationships
• Project Management
• Strategic Insight, Product & Technology Expertise
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
