Our client is a unique, fast growing SAAS company, a global leader in its field, offering a distinctive pricing, revenue and management intelligence platform for e-commerce companies. They are currently searching for an Onboarding Program Manager who will be responsible for the entire phase of the onboarding customer experience, challenging them to convert to permanent subscribers.

The OPM will understand the customers’ activities and needs, and will provide them value by offering the company’s appropriate solutions to achieve their goals. In addition, they will oversee that the contractual negotiations are handled smoothly, moving potential customer to a permanent subscriber.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and dynamic problem solver with experience working in a SAAS company, managing multiple accounts and experienced in contractual negations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role, as this progressive and innovative company expands its operations.

Location: NYC and Seattle (multiple positions)

Position Requirements:

• Motivated to convince the customer of the company’s value and convert them to a permanent subscriber
• Ability to understand customer’s objectives and ensure onboarding engagements are targeted to prove we can meet them
• Genuinely interested in and continuously learning about the industry, the competition, and our value proposition over the competitors
• Creative and persistent problem solver with willingness and ability to gain needed assistance in a rapid time frame
• Savvy contractual negotiator
• Willingness to follow processes and manage multiple simultaneous projects at a program level
• Proactive communicator to customer and internal stakeholders

• BA/BS degree preferably in Business Administration
• 5+ years’ experience in program management or account management in SaaS environment
• Experience with small and large, multi-level, multi-interface accounts, working with technical levels to C levels
• Proven experience negotiating commercials and other aspects in SaaS contracts
• Creative problem solving; capable of foreseeing upcoming challenges and solving them
• Positive work ethic, ambitious and passionate attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
