Description: What you’ll do:
• Lead go-to-market planning for healthcare solutions including definition of vision, market opportunity, and business case.
• Team with product management to establish a clear solution roadmap as well as define how solutions will be packaged, priced and delivered.
• Develop solutions positioning and messaging that differentiates as the #1 provider of video collaboration and telehealth in the healthcare market.
• Plan the launch of new releases to drive maximum market buzz and excitement.
• Develop content and sales tools that support all stages of the customer buying cycle.
• Communicate the value proposition of solutions to internal teams and relevant partners.
• Collaborate closely with demand generation to define a robust demand creation strategy that supports bookings objectives.
• Collaborate with PR and AR to drive media outreach and analyst excitement for healthcare solutions.
• Act as an evangelist and healthcare expert for healthcare solutions through external speaking engagements, social media, press/analyst interactions, and interactions with key prospects.
• Maintain a keen understanding of market dynamics including key trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.



Who you are:

The Director, Healthcare Solutions Marketing is measured on the firm's success and growth in the healthcare market. Specific success criteria include:
• Comprehensive and high quality content that supports all stages of the customer buying cycle
• Bookings objectives
• Demand creation/pipeline objectives
• Market perception (as measured through analyst commentary and media coverage)
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare market as well as B2B software marketing (ideally SaaS):
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience as a software-based solutions provider in the healthcare market. SaaS/Cloud experience is critical and a degree in medical field is a plus.
• Demonstrable experience developing solution offerings, including definition, launch and sustained differentiation
• Proven ability to work with product management and technology partners to define technology offers, including rationalizing build or partner decision-making, and competitive pricing and packaging
• Creative thinker and excellent communicator, with demonstrable writing and speaking skills
• Strong understanding of content marketing, including creative use of multimedia capabilities and social technologies
• Demonstrable experience working cross-functionally within a fast-growing company -- and results to prove it
• Excellent planning, organization & prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several projects concurrently
