What you’ll do:
You will lead our Sales Operations function and partner with sales, finance, and marketing to build out a strong operational infrastructure to support a fast paced, global, revenue generating team.
Analyze sales activities and metrics to identify areas for improved efficiencies and accelerated growth
Collaborate closely with the marketing organization to define how leads will flow from marketing into sales and establishing and appropriate analysis tools to measure effectiveness
Develop and maintain key dashboards to provide insights into forecasts and pipelines
Engage with the sales organization to get ongoing feedback on our sales process and drive improvements
Design and own regular reporting cadence to provide ongoing trend analysis and insight to sales management and company leadership
Manage and lead the company’s monthly integrated business planning process and quarterly review cycle
Own key cross functional initiatives for new tools, systems and processes supporting revenue generating teams
Proactively and collaboratively define how the business will effectively utilize existing tools (like Salesforce), owning data quality and hygiene, and ensuring that users are effectively trained and executing against agreed upon processes

Who you are:
You have 5-10 years of Sales Operations leadership experience
You are a Salesforce expert with strong analytics skills and the leadership expertise to drive best practice usage of Salesforce across the global business
You have a deep understanding of solutions selling and sales frameworks
You identify areas for improvement and proactively drive change
You have experience in leading an integrated business management process (example: S&OP process) to achieve cross-functional alignment
You contribute to strategy development and get buy-in, but have no issue rolling up your sleeves to get the job done!
You are highly motivated and truly looking to make an impact
Experience with Financial Force is a plus
SaaS and B2B experience is a big plus
