Description: Responsible for expediting time to production of successful telehealth programs that grow and scale. Will be the subject matter expert that builds relationships with the customer’s clinical teams, and leveraging proven processes and toolkits, guides them through the creation of a telehealth roadmap, the clinical workflow design for individual programs and governance for scale and sustainability. Engage at the pre-sales stage and develop the clinical programs through to successful implementation, helping to cultivate and provide visibility into new opportunities for the sales team.
 
What You'll Do
Support the sales team as the clinical SME in pre-sales engagement with customer’s clinical team
Gather information via on-site visits and interviews as the basis for developing the telehealth roadmap and clinical workflow design
Perform analysis of current state vs. desired future state in terms of people, processes and technology
Train the customer clinical team on how to leverage toolkits for best practice design
Review customer generated program plan and workflow design
Guide testing and validation of plan and design through pilot process
Oversee preparation activities for implementation
Monitor and report implementation issues and successes via periodic status meetings
Monitor sustainability/ adoption of program and re-engage as needed
Identify and coordinate with customer success and sales teams regarding new programs & opportunities
Engage with marketing when ready to publicize program success
 
Who You Are
BS/BA Degree in clinically relevant studies.
 3-5 years in designing and executing successful telehealth programs for major health systems.
Prior experience in working with multidisciplinary teams in a matrix fashion.
Passionate about servicing customers and relationship development.
Excellent analytical/problem solving ability to unblock customers from process, people and technology issues.
Skilled at analyzing customer usage data and providing recommendations based off data insights.
Technical knowledge and experience in video conferencing is a plus.
Familiarity with sales and customer success processes.
Superior presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
Self-starter that works efficiently and independently
