Tier 1 / Tier 2 Support Specialist
Veredus South Florida is seeking a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Support Specialist that will work with our client at their IM Support Center Help Desk to answer calls to support Remote Access VPN Solution using SSL.
The selected candidate is REQUIRED to have very good soft skills and Check Point P1 skills to check logs and desktop skills for XP and Win7.
